Product Information
Do your tools come with batteries and charger?
Most of our tools are available in two options: tool only (no battery or charger) or a set with two batteries. Sets that include batteries come with one charger by default.
Are your tools compatible with Makita, DeWalt, or other brand batteries?
Unless otherwise stated, our 18V tools are only compatible with our own brand batteries and Makita 18V LXT B-series lithium batteries, such as BL1850B (197285-8), BL1840B (197270-1), BL1830B (197602-2), BL1430B (197618-7), BL1820B (197487-6), BL1850, BL1840, BL1440 (196391-6), BL1415 (194560-3), and BL1815N (196781-3). Other batteries are NOT compatible.
Please note: our batteries can NOT be used with Makita tools and cannot be charged using Makita chargers.
Can I purchase additional accessories for my tool, such as battery or blades for a lawnmower?
We will list some tool accessories in our Accessories category. Please check there first. If you cannot find the accessory you need, please contact us for assistance.
I don’t know how to assemble the tool. Are there instructional videos available?
Yes, please follow our YouTube channel. We will upload HOW-TO videos for our products on our official channel.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following payment methods:
▸Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
▸PayPal
▸Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later / Installments, available in supported countries)
▸Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
Why was my payment declined?
There are a few common reasons why payments may fail:
1. Postal code / billing address mismatch
The billing address must exactly match the one registered with your card issuer. If different, the bank may decline the payment.
✅ Solution: Please re-check your billing address and postal code, or try using another card.
2. Insufficient funds or card restrictions
Some banks block large or international online transactions by default.
✅ Solution: Contact your card issuer to approve the transaction.
3. Payment gateway verification
Sometimes banks require extra verification (e.g., 3D Secure, SMS code).
✅ Solution: Complete the verification step or try another supported payment method.
4. Technical issues
Occasionally, a payment gateway may experience temporary issues.
✅ Solution: Try again later or use PayPal/Klarna as an alternative.
Shopping Information
What is your processing and shipping time?
Our processing time for shipping is 1-3 business days. The delivery time depends on the warehouse:
Overseas Warehouse: Orders are delivered in approximately 4-8 business days.
China Warehouse: Orders are delivered in approximately 7-14 business days.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
If the tracking information hasn't been updated for a long time or the delivery time has exceeded the estimated delivery window, please contact us (service@newbenytool.com) and also contact the local carrier. Your package's tracking number and carrier information are available in your order details.

How can I cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service email as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, international express shipping cannot be canceled, but we will work with you to find a solution.
