1. Warranty

At NewBeny Tools, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a one-year warranty on our cordless power tools and a six-month warranty on the batteries.

Please note that this warranty applies exclusively to customers who purchase directly from our retail store. We do not offer warranty services for purchases made through third parties.

*As our products are electric power tools and mechanical equipment, some issues may require technical verification before we can provide the most suitable solution. To help us accurately identify the problem and provide efficient after-sales support, we reserve the right to request supporting evidence, such as photos, videos, or other relevant information, showing the reported defect, malfunction, or any condition that does not match the product description.

This verification process allows our technical team to better understand the situation, determine the appropriate solution, and avoid unnecessary returns or delays. We appreciate your cooperation in providing the required information when requested.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled free of charge before they have been shipped. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can also submit a cancellation request directly from your Order.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer wish to receive the package, please refuse delivery when it arrives or contact us for further assistance and available options.

If you have any questions regarding your order status, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

3. Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. Return

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. There are three scenarios for returns:

Defective Products: If the product has obvious defects, is unusable, or has missing accessories, we offer free return and exchange services.

Wrong Product: If you receive the wrong product, we also provide free return and exchange services.

No Quality Issues: If there are no quality issues and you want to return the product due to personal reasons such as not meeting expectations, you will need to cover the return shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee. And if the returned product has problems and is missing, we have the right to deduct some fees.

Return Instructions:

● Please return the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and parts.

● If the original packaging is unavailable, please use secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.

● After shipping your return, please provide us with the tracking number and carrier name so we can monitor the shipment.

● Do not send your return to the original shipping address shown on your package. This is not a valid return address. Please contact our Customer Support before returning any item to obtain the latest authorized return address. Returns sent to an unauthorized address may not be eligible for a refund, and we reserve the right to refuse such returns.

5. Refund

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
