Fantastic unit

Great machine it made quick work of an out of control privet tree. Cut down large branches and then chopped them up with the pruning tool. Saved me hours of work and no aches and pains the next day.🤜

Broken parts

I have not received it yet ! - I ordered it 20/03, and you said delivery 7-12 working days, did you mean 7+12 days ?
I finally received it just before easter. Everything was packed in a sturdy unbroken box, but one of the batteries and the charger had broken plastic sides, and neither seems to work, Furthermore the charger included is with a US-type plug, and not the EU-type ! Do you want the broken parts returned or just pictures of the damage ??
