1. Warranty

At NewBeny Tools, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a one-year warranty on our cordless power tools and a six-month warranty on the batteries.

Please note that this warranty applies exclusively to customers who purchase directly from our retail store. We do not offer warranty services for purchases made through third parties.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled free of charge before they have been shipped. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can also submit a cancellation request directly from your Order.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer wish to receive the package, please refuse delivery when it arrives or contact us for further assistance and available options.

If you have any questions regarding your order status, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

3. Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. Return

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. There are three scenarios for returns:

Defective Products: If the product has obvious defects, is unusable, or has missing accessories, we offer free return and exchange services.

Wrong Product: If you receive the wrong product, we also provide free return and exchange services.

No Quality Issues: If there are no quality issues and you want to return the product due to personal reasons such as not meeting expectations, you will need to cover the return shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee. And if the returned product has problems and is missing, we have the right to deduct some fees.

Return Instructions:
Please return all products, including accessories, in the original package.
Use the original packaging whenever possible.
Provide us with the tracking number and carrier information after you have shipped the return package so we can track it.

5. Refund

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

I received my trimmer very promptly and packaged well. My husband and I ran into difficulties assembling the blade to the trimmer . I got in touch with the NEWBENY, the shop I purchased the trimmer from . I must say an outstanding service- they sent me a video of how to assemble the blade and further instructions to guide us. They also advised that if I was still having trouble to contact them again and they’d talk us through it. We are very pleased with the trimmer and all the help and assistance we received. Good strimmer, poor assembly instructions

Quick delivery. Instructions to assemble weren't much use. Nylon cord didn't last long. Metal blades much better. Could do with a longer handle when fully extended.

This item turned up with the tiniest booklet of instructions with writing noone could read without a magnifying glass !! I live alone and hadn’t a clue how to assemble it. I find this a little outrageous seen how dangerous it could be if put together wrong.
Plus the gloves are un usable as tiny and the safety glasses are like toy plastic glasses absolutely unreal.
Finally i got a friend to put it together actually not to hard but again please do something about inserting instructions with the product
