Shipping Summary:
• I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
➩ Please allow 1 - 3 working days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
➩ Average transit times to the United States: 6 - 10 Working days
➩ Average transit times to Canada: 7 - 15 Working days
➩ Average transit times to Europe: 4 - 6 Working days
Some circumstances are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
• WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
➩ We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.
Shipping Method:
US orders usually ship within 1-2 days. (Monday – Friday) using USPS or FedEx.
European orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days. (Monday – Friday) using DHL / GLS or UPS.
Warehouse Address: US, Germany, France, Spain, China
Handling time: 1-2 days (MONDAY - FRIDAY)
Transit time: 6-15 days (MONDAY - FRIDAY)
Your patience will be highly appreciated when expecting the items. When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed.
Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when the weather permits.
Shipping Status:
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we'll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.
Item not received:
If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet the tracking status shows it's delivered. you'd wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Cover as once the item is Covered we have control over it (once it's by the carrier), but if persists kindly email to service@newbenytool.com.

Note:
1. Please be sure to verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.
2. We are not responsible for any return shipping cost in case you don't like the item after you buy it or if you place the wrong order.
3. We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.
4. We are currently unable to deliver to Alaska, USA and some island addresses.
